Power Half Hour Workshop

Offered The Third Wednesday Of Each Month

Learn how improving your personal wellbeing has a ripple effect to families, friends, workplaces, and communities. Join this fun, FREE, and informative workshop to build your wellbeing toolbox! Invite your friends, families, and co-workers! Workshops are offered monthly at various times (12:30, 4:15, 7:00). All workshops will be 30 minutes in length and will take place on Zoom.
