Journey Toward Wellbeing Workshop

Offered The First Tuesday Of Each Month

What is wellbeing and why is it important? Take a one hour Journey Toward Wellbeing and walk away with some simple wellbeing tools. At this time all workshops will take place on Zoom.

Choose either: 9:00-10:00 am, 12oo-1:00 pm, 4:15-5:15 pm, or 7:00-8:00 pm. All times EST
